Privacy

Last updated September 2026.

This site is operated by Lanique Hall, trading as Lanique Hall (not yet a registered company), based in Ratby, Leicestershire. For the purposes of data protection law, Lanique Hall is the controller of the information described below.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, the site collects your name, company (if given), email, phone (if given), and the details you provide about the problem you want help with.

When you visit the site, Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views and general location by country) to help understand how the site is used. This does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How it is used and who sees it

Contact form submissions are sent, via Brevo (an email delivery service acting as a data processor on my behalf), directly to contact@lanique.uk. Brevo processes the message only to deliver it and does not use it for any other purpose. The information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, and is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any other purpose.

The legal basis for processing this information is legitimate interest: responding to enquiries from people who have chosen to contact this business.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve the enquiry, and are deleted once no longer needed unless you ask for them to be kept (for example, as part of an ongoing client relationship).

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by emailing contact@lanique.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics, used to understand overall site traffic, is cookieless and does not track individual visitors across sites.
