Lanique HallBook an Operational Review

Proof

Not a logo wall. Every example here says exactly what I did, what specialists or teams did, and what the result was, so you can judge the evidence rather than take a claim on trust.

Career stories

Serco Global Services

Team Leader / Manager

The problem
I inherited a long-standing, lowest-performing sales team of around 15 advisers.
What I saw
The issue wasn't effort. Individual capability and learning gaps needed targeted coaching, not blanket management pressure.
What I did
Identified each adviser's individual learning requirements, coached and trained accordingly, and managed the team's ramp-up through peak trading.
What the team did
Advisers themselves did the learning and the work. My role was diagnosis, coaching structure and performance management.
Result
The team converted from lowest-performing to KPI-achieving during peak trading.
Why it matters
Operational improvement isn't always a technology problem. Sometimes the system needs better management, capability and accountability.

Manpower, supporting Royal Mail

Account Management / Operations

The problem
Royal Mail needed 18 new Class 1 drivers supplied on a fixed-term contract, with one month's notice.
What I saw
The constraint wasn't just volume, it was doing it without compromising compliance.
What I did
Ran account management, HR, payroll, MI reporting, forecasting and workforce scheduling to mobilise the drivers within the deadline.
What the team did
Compliance and vetting were handled through Manpower's standard processes, which I operated and was accountable for.
Result
18 drivers supplied on time, 100% compliant, maintaining a 100% compliance record across referenced Manpower and Royal Mail audits.
Why it matters
This is early-career evidence that I personally ran the operational machinery, workforce scheduling, compliance, payroll, before I ever led or improved it through technology.

Enterprise evidence

From nearly eight years at JoinedUp by Beeline. Client organisations are described generically here rather than named, out of respect for those commercial relationships.

Enterprise renewal and expansion

Context

Working across customer operations and commercial activity for national parcel and logistics companies as enterprise customers of JoinedUp by Beeline.

My role

Customer and commercial operations involvement in renewal and expansion conversations, not sole ownership of the commercial outcome.

Evidence

Company-confirmed incremental annual recurring revenue of £29,276 and £27,837 across two separate national logistics customer renewals.

Operational work at enterprise scale sits directly next to commercial outcomes. A broken process isn't just inconvenient, it's renewal risk.

Complex North American enterprise implementation

Context

A major enterprise customer implementation spanning approximately 30 weeks, across the US and Canada.

My role

Senior programme and customer oversight: risk visibility, scope and prioritisation decisions, escalation management and cross-functional coordination. Technical development was carried out by specialist product and engineering teams.

Evidence

UAT, reporting and data requirements, integrations, multi-country requirements and post-launch stabilisation, delivered against fixed commercial deadlines.

This is evidence of operating successfully inside genuine complexity, not just diagnosing simple problems.

Governance on a major postal and logistics enterprise account

Context

A large, complex enterprise customer relationship involving contractual boundaries, product demand and renewal risk.

My role

Governance around scope control and escalation, preventing uncontrolled commitments creeping into the contract.

Evidence

Sustained commercial governance across a long-running, high-complexity account relationship.

Enterprise scale doesn't just need delivery, it needs someone actively preventing scope creep before it becomes a commercial problem.

Client case studies

Independent client work will be added here as the founding client programme completes its first engagements, using this same format: problem, what I did, result, why it matters.
